New Resident Information

Now that you are a resident of our beautiful community, there are few things you need to concern yourself with:

  1. If you haven't received an owner information form from our property manager, please contact them ASAP.
  2. You will need to contact Waste Management to set up your weekly waste pickup. Billing is quarterly and ranges from $45-$60 depending on the size of can selected. Recycling service is included and is picked up bi-weekly. Waste pickup is Monday morning beginning around 7am. You are expected to return your bins to your garage within 24hrs of pickup.
  3. Verizon is the traditional local landline phone carrier. Long distance service is provided by the carrier of your choice. With standard local service you can call West Seattle (20mi) as a local call, but parts of Bothell and Bellevue will be considered long distance.
  4. Puget Sound Energy is our utilities provider for natural gas and electricity. Depending upon your usage, you can expect monthly services charges to be $40-$60 in the summer and $100-$200 in the winter.
  5. Cable TV service is provided by Comcast, if you decide to install a satellite dish, or external antenna, please be mindful of the property rules.
  6. Parking is limited in our community, each unit has a two car garage, with some end units capable of holding three vehicles. As stated in the rules and regulations, you are required to park to capacity in your garage (2-3 vehicles) prior to using "visitor" parking. Parking in front of your garage is not allowed and will be subject to fines. Parking in yellow firelanes or handicap spaces is subject to towing at owner's expense. Unless all vehicles fit in your garage, you may not keep more vehicles on Cambridge property than the number of licensed drivers in your household, and you may not use your garage for storage if it impedes you parking your vehicles in your garage.
