About Our Community

The Cambridge Community consists of 209 2-3 bedroom units built in four phases between 1999 and 2001 by Polygon Homes. We are centrally located in unincorporated King County near Woodinville, just North of Kirkland. See us on a map.
Our community houses a diverse group of individuals and families, drawn to the area for its proximity to urban amenities, suburban schools, and a multitude of recreational diversions. The Sammamish River, just down the hill from our neighborhood, borders the bike trail extending from Seattle to Lake Sammamish. Over a dozen wineries are within a short driving distance, including some of Washington State's largest and best vintners. In the evening you can sometimes hear the Spirit of Washington Dinner Train's whistle or watch hot air balloons as they fly from the Sammamish Plateau to Monroe. Parks, golf courses, and rural settings abound in nearby Woodinville and Redmond, as well as Lakefront parks in Kirkland and Bothell.
